We provide a great service and choose the best products for our partners customised to their needs. Should requirements evolve during our partnership, we will be happy to create individual solution concepts. 

For our partner, we handle all relevant payment processes, including processing and collection, as well as the risk of non-payment.  

Customer Service
We provide a professional and efficient customer service with an individual e-mail address and own telephone number. This service is optional but used by more than 90 percent of our partners. 

We print single and season as well as festival tickets, handle packaging and shipping for our partners. This service is also optional.  

Onsite service
On request, we support our partners at their events and provide a team for ticket clearing and box office duties.

"Sold out" is the goal of all activities. We can push your event online as well as offline with the help of promotional online shops, voucher campaigns and the strong EVENTIM distribution network. 

Access control
We offer solutions for fast admission. Our system provides a bidirectional exchange of access data and can be connected to all relevant providers.  

All data at one glance: With EVENTIM.Analytics we offer our partners a dashboard with all important key figures as well as detailed reviews of break-even, sales targets and performance.
